Last Thursday evening Avery had her 2nd grade show at Pine Forest Elementary. It was the 10th year of the 2nd grade show and it was a great time! The show was about a new 2nd grader who went to the library but didn't like books or reading. The librarian introduced her to the magical world of books and gave her several well-known books that would "come to life." Avery had a solo scene introducing the Dr Seuss book, Green Eggs and Ham. She was also in 2 dancing scenes. I know she's my kid and all, but I have to say she did a fantastic job!
